Affiliate disclosure

Effective October 13, 2026

Short version: some links on HomeGridHQ are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer may pay us a commission. You don't pay more. Our rankings are computed from specs and regular street prices first, and commission is never an input. Plenty of the units we rank near the top earn us nothing.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Which programs we use

HomeGridHQ participates in these affiliate programs:

Which network a given brand runs through can change as programs approve or close. We use one network per brand, never two at once.

What it means for you

Commission doesn't decide the ranking. Here's proof.

Right now 14 of the 24 products in our database earn us a commission and 10 don't. The cheapest portable unit per kilowatt-hour in the whole database, the VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1500 at $380/kWh, earns us nothing. It still sits at the top. This table is generated straight from the same database our rankings use:

RankUnitRegular price$/kWhEarns us a commission?
1 VTOMAN FlashSpeed 1500 $589 $380 No
2 Dabbsson DBS2300 $899 $386 No
3 OUPES Mega 3 $1,199 $390 No
4 Bluetti Elite 300 $1,199 $398 Yes
5 Pecron F5000LFP $2,199 $429 No
6 EcoFlow Delta 3 Max $879 $429 Yes

Units without an affiliate program still get full reviews, still show up in comparisons, and still win picks when the numbers say they should. Their "buy" buttons send you to our review page instead of a store.

What we don't do

How rankings and reviews are put together is laid out in full in how we rank & review.
